The restaurant's owner is Bruno Zeni. He was general director of Pampeago,
a renowned skiing station and he managed the mountain restaurant
Caserina (Pampeago) for almost twenty years, till he came to the idea
of transforming an old stall in a cosy restaurant.
He followed the renovation with extreme passion, taking care personally
of the interior decoration. All the furniture are made of cirmolo,
collected in the numerous woods of Fiemme.
Entering the restaurant you can still smell the characteristic scent.
In the kitchen, we find Tullio, Bruno's sun, helped by his mother Bruna.
Maria, Tullio's wife or Viviana, our thrustworthy collaborator
will welcome you in the dining room.
Giovanna and Severino, Maria and Tullio's suns, help their parents
during the summer or the Christmas time.
